Featured Tree:
Palms
Whether the prolific Mexican Fan, regal Queen, or the ancient Sago, palms do very well in our desert environment. Most hale from parts of the world where the climate is very similar to ours. We have several varieties to choose from.

Featured Shrub:
Jasmine "Sweet days of summer...the jasmine's in bloom" One of the most treasured scents in the world. The Arabian Jasmine (Jasminum sambac) blooms profusely throughout June & July. They grow to about 6-10'. The blossoms are used in Hawaii for leis & in making perfumes. In Asia, they are used for jasmine tea.
Feature Flower:
Vinca Cora & Vinca Pacifica XP varieties of Vinca. Resistant to aerial phytophora which is a fungus that's responsible for vinca death. These new varieties look like Impatiens & are becoming the summer annual to grow. Remember to never overhead water--the soil needs the water, not the plant.
